Returns Eligibility

— Product must be in the same condition as received and undamaged in any way

Non-Returnable Items

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

— The product is damaged in any way upon return

— The return is initiated after the 7-day window has passed

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrived damaged or broken upon delivery, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

— Refund will be issued via bank transfer

— May take 3–10 business days to appear on your bank statement

— Delivery fees from receiving and returning the product are excluded from the refund — normal delivery fees will still be charged
